Description

The single-use SRG seal profile is a type of anti-wear ring that occupies a small space and is usually used consecutively to reduce the pressure and protect the main throat seal (Rod Seal) against severe pressure changes. The band is of PTFE/BZ type, which has anti-wear properties, and a reinforcement is made of NBR material. This type of seal eliminates Slip-Stick effect due to low friction. Anti-wear teflon rim has low friction, which can be prevented from cracking on the seal by adding additives. Other materials can also be used for special applications.
